Sara Natasha Haque - Fine Artist 

Sara Natasha, born in 2002, a Singapore-based artist currently studying at Lasalle College of the Arts.

 

Sara majors in Painting but she practices a plethora of mediums such as installations, dry mediums, sculptures, textiles, 2D 3D, digital works and photography. She is currently experimenting with Textiles and Fashion to try and incorporate that into her Painting skills.

Sara's practice gravitates around the idea of perceptions and angles out of the ordinary. She is inspired by the people and places around her and her daily travels. She enjoys turning everyday views to look slightly out of touch compared to the reality a human eye can perceive. Sara is on the journey to explore materials and their origin and attempt to create her own textile material/fabric out of natural elements.

Sara Natasha has participated in a few projects throughout her time studying in LaSalle. She was recently involved in 'Project V2', a collaboration with students from Sabanci University, and participated in the Jinan International Photography Biennale 2022.
